Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
This policy explains what Spec Social Inc. (“Spec Social,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use https://specsocial.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have. Questions? Email hello@specsocial.com.
What we collect
- Information you submit: name, email, phone number, company, website URL, booking details, messages, and information you choose to provide.
- First-party attribution: a random visitor ID; first and most recent landing page; referring website host; page journey; timestamps; UTM campaign values; and ad click IDs such as GCLID or FBCLID when present. We do not store a full referring URL or create a browser fingerprint in this attribution record.
- Technical and usage data: page views, events, approximate location, browser, device, operating system, and other standard request information produced when a browser connects to the site.
- Search data: aggregated search queries, landing pages, impressions, clicks, and positions from search-platform reporting. Organic search platforms generally do not identify the individual person behind a query.
How we use it
We use this information to operate and secure the site, deliver requested audits and bookings, respond to inquiries, connect a lead with the campaign or page that produced it, measure site and advertising performance, improve our services, prevent abuse, comply with law, and maintain business records. We do not use attribution data to claim that we know an anonymous visitor's real-world identity.
Who we share it with
We use service providers for hosting and anonymous web analytics (Vercel), optional analytics (Google Analytics), optional advertising measurement (Meta), scheduling and CRM (GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), and transactional email (Resend). A provider receives only the information needed for the feature it performs. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transaction.
Cookies & analytics
Vercel Web Analytics provides cookie-free, aggregated page measurement. With your Analytics choice, we may store our first-party attribution record for up to 90 days and load Google Analytics. With your Advertising choice, we may load Meta's advertising pixel. Optional tools stay off until allowed through our privacy controls. The scheduling widget is a requested site feature and may process standard connection data when it loads. Blocking optional storage does not prevent you from using the site, requesting an audit, or booking a call.
Your choices
Use the Privacy choices link in the footer at any time to allow or reject Analytics and Advertising separately. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we disable Advertising tracking. You can also delete browser storage in your browser settings.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, limit certain uses, and opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Use of an advertising platform may be treated as “sharing” under California law, so rejecting Advertising or using Global Privacy Control opts out of that use. Submit a request by emailing hello@specsocial.com. We may need to verify your request and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Retention & security
The browser attribution record expires after 90 days when optional measurement is allowed. Without optional consent, it is limited to the active client-side visit and is not written to persistent browser storage by us. Lead, client, transaction, and security records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.
Children and international visitors
The site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in the United States and other places where our providers operate, subject to the safeguards available through those providers.
Changes
We may update this policy as the business changes. The date above reflects the latest version.
