Digital Advertising / Google Ads Management
Google Ads that earn their budget.
We build the campaigns, write the ads, and run them every day. Every ad runs against a second version of itself — winners scale, losers get replaced, and the budget follows the results. Every click is accounted for.
What's included in Google Ads Management
Campaigns built and run daily
We build your campaigns from the ground up — the searches worth showing up for, the ads people see, the bids behind them — and manage them every day. Google Ads is not a set-and-forget product, even though most accounts are run like one. Search terms drift, competitors move, and an unattended account quietly pays for clicks that never become customers.
What ships
- Keyword and search-term research scoped to your market and margins
- Campaign structure built around what each customer type is worth to you
- Daily account management: bids, budgets, negative keywords, search-term pruning
Ad copy written and tested — always
We write every ad, and every ad runs against a new version of itself. The one that brings in more customers stays; the loser gets replaced with a fresh challenger. This testing never stops, because the moment it stops, performance plateaus and then erodes.
What ships
- Every ad paired with a competing variant from day one
- Headlines and descriptions written from what your customers actually search
- Losing ads retired and replaced on a continuous cycle
Budget steered to results
Money moves toward the campaigns and keywords that produce booked jobs and sales, and away from the ones that don't. Nothing keeps spending just because it was set up that way. Your ad spend stays in your own account, paid straight to Google — no markup, no pass-through, full visibility.
What ships
- Weekly budget reallocation based on cost per customer, not cost per click
- Underperforming keywords and campaigns paused, not babysat
- Ad spend paid directly to Google from your account — you see every dollar
A landing page for every campaign
Clicks never land on a generic homepage. Each campaign gets its own page built to match the ad — same offer, same words, one clear next step. A new page ships in days, or we build one that plugs into the site you already have.
What ships
- Dedicated landing page per campaign, matched to the ad that sent the click
- Pages built fast and tested against variants, same as the ads
- Works with your existing site or as a standalone build
Call and lead tracking wired before launch
Every call, form, and purchase gets traced back to the ad and keyword that produced it. Budget decisions run on what actually happened — not on guesses, and not on Google's own optimistic attribution alone.
What ships
- Call tracking, form tracking, and conversion events set up before the first dollar spends
- Lead source visible down to the keyword level
- Offline conversions fed back in where your sales cycle allows it
One report number
The monthly report leads with the number you run your business on: new customers — booked jobs and sales — and what they cost to acquire. Impressions and click-through rates sit underneath, where they belong.
What ships
- Monthly plain-English report led by customers and cost per customer
- What we tested, what won, and what changes next month
- Full account access at all times — it's your account, you can look anytime
How it works
The call
Fifteen minutes. What you sell, what a new customer is worth, and where you want more of them. That's enough to scope the campaigns and the budget.
The build
We build the campaigns, write the ads and their challengers, wire the tracking, and put a landing page behind each campaign. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
Live and testing
Ads start testing within the first weeks. The early period finds which ads and searches win; from there budget concentrates on the winners. You see the monthly number that matters: new customers, and what each one cost.
Why Spec Social for Google Ads
Most managed accounts get a setup month and then a monthly glance. Ours get a standing discipline: every ad runs against a second version, every week the budget moves toward what produced customers, and every click traces back to a keyword. That cadence is the entire difference between ads that earn their budget and ads that quietly spend it.
You own everything. The ad account is yours, the spend goes straight to Google with no markup, and the landing pages and tracking we build stay with you. If we're not producing, you can see it in the same numbers we see — and you're month to month, so you can act on it.
And because we also build the landing pages, the tracking, and the follow-up, there's no seam between the click and the customer. One team is accountable for the whole path, which is usually where agency-run accounts leak.
Pricing
Google Ads management is included in retainers from $2,500 a month — scoped to your budget and market on the discovery call.
- Month to month.
- Ad spend is separate and stays yours — paid straight to Google, no markup.
- You own the ad account, the landing pages, and every report we produce.
Questions, answered.
Is ad spend included in the fee?
No. We manage the campaigns; the ad budget stays in your own ad account and goes straight to Google, separate from our fee. There's no markup and no pass-through, and you can see every dollar of spend at any time.
How fast do the ads go live?
Campaigns are typically built and testing within the first weeks. Then expect an honest finding period: the first month or two identifies which ads, keywords, and pages win, and the budget concentrates from there. Anyone who promises peak performance in week one is guessing.
Can you guarantee a certain number of leads?
No — and nobody honest can, because the auction, your market, and your competitors all move. What we control is everything that determines performance: ad quality, testing discipline, tracking accuracy, landing pages, and where the budget goes. You see the results monthly in customers and cost per customer, so the work proves itself or it doesn't.
I already run Google Ads. Do you start over?
No — we audit what exists first. Winning campaigns and their history are worth keeping; account history affects performance. We keep what's earning, rebuild what isn't, and you'll see exactly which is which in the first report.
Who owns the ad account?
You do — always. We work inside your account with manager access. If we ever part ways, the account, its history, and everything we built in it stay with you. An agency that holds your ad account hostage is telling you something about its retention strategy.
How much does Google Ads management cost?
It's included in Spec Social retainers, which start at $2,500 a month. The exact number depends on your ad budget and how many campaigns it takes to cover your market — you'll have it by the end of the discovery call.
